Credit Card payment 16th May 18 at 4:27 PM
    Hello,
Please I have a credit card and I want to use it to pay part of my tuition fees for University. I am a bit confused. If I used the University's POS, will I be charged like its a cash withdrawal or a normal POS transaction. Thank you.

They are not allowed to treat a transaction like cash, unless it is cash related. The main exceptions with most providers are gambling and anything else of monetary exchange like gift vouchers.

If you did get charged 3% + cash interest, contact them and I am sure the mistake would be identified and then rectified.
