My worst prize is the only thing I have ever won on twitter, it was a thong and my wife said I looked a right **** in it.
I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus

There seems to be so many very very very low value comps now, and I know its not all about the money but rafflecopters which have loads of things to do for 1 x notebook I mean really, or a FB competition to win a hairbrush, or a dog collar, or a dog whistle, there are too many to count but also some really nice prizes (I dont remember all these really low value from about 5 years back) Sorry if this sounds like a moan its not really just an observation. On the flip side it doesn't take so long to clear the board :D
i don't really do the rc and gleam as they are a lot of faffing for not a lot of prize in the main i think.

Some 'hand-crafted' tat on facebook that was basically a few clothes pegs with pictures stuck on them that were some kind of hangers. I didn't enter. I see people on certain FB groups listing everything they won each month, and most of it is stuff I wouldn't give houseroom to. But the more people enter for a load of old tat, the more companies will offer it.

    Exactly :(

reusable cloth sanitary pads - often in bright colours too or with unicorns/owls on! urgh!

I remember that one. It wasn't so much how naff the prize was, it was the sob stories that were posted in trying to win it.

Btw, wasn't the other 'grail' besides the fish slice (which I have, *smug*) was the bar of Toblerone? I miss that comp too.

I have seen prizes that consist of bags of Chocolate buttons, etc. Hardly worth the time & effort to not only enter, but the promoters listing the thing as a prize.

    Be Lucky
BEST EVER WINS WON IN ORDER (so far) = Sony Camcorder, 32" lcd telly, micro ipod hifi, Ipod Nano, Playstation 3, Andrex Jackpup, Holiday to USA, nintendo wii, Liverpool vs Everton tickets, £250 Reward Your thirst, £500 Pepsi, p&o rotterdam trip, perfume hamper, Dr Who stamp set, steam cleaner.

comping = nowt more thrillin' than winnin':T :j

Oh god yeah there's always sob stories!! All the comp will ask for is tag a friend or something and you'll get people in the comments saying they need the item because their sister's boyfriends' cousin's hamster has a broken leg :rotfl:

My lowest win was a packet of chocolate buttons, which cost more for the company to send them I would assume. I wouldn't say they were my worst win though, as I throughly enjoyed them. :rotfl:
Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.
