I wanna complain about Flybe credit card

I'm new on this site so hope I am in the right place.
I want to make a complaint about Flybe Credit Card Rewards. Long story short, the vouchers take a month to materialise and then don't work. It is impossible to speak to anyone etc etc etc. Where do I report this issue? Consumer Council? Thanks

I have a Flybe credit card too, as the Spend to Fly scheme is ending they are very busy with voucher requests. I contacted them and was then given a different phone number and that number gave me another one...etc but eventually I managed to get an email address and they sent me a code manually. Email spend&flyteam@flybe.com.
I also then couldn't use the voucher on their new website so ended up tweeting them to book the flight.0 -
Good luck with that. If you are successful in the end, still try and make an official complaint. The big rule is you can't lose from complaining.0
