I have applied for student finance and they require information over the last 3 years regarding my taxable income. I am 23 and I returned to the UK from Ireland in June 2017 in order to study an access course to gain the necessary points needed to then attend University. In the time that I have been on my access course I have also acquired an offer from 2 Universities and accepted my offer from DMU whilst also acquiring accommodation and putting down a payment.

My problem is that because of my return in June 2017 they are looking for an 'intent to return to the UK' and I am unsure what to provide them and the calling service wasn't very helpful.
How can I prove that I have intended to come back to the UK even though I have been back since almost 2 years ago?

Are they not looking for 'intention to return' when you left the uk?

When did you leave the UK and why?

I can't understand your post - so you have been living in the UK since 2017, and before that you were in Ireland - for how long? Where were you before that - was it the UK?
