court claim Parking Control Management vs Greg (me):

I have currently made an N244 to set aside CCJ in default because I was on holiday and came back late to respond on time. This is what they prepared now to fight with me, they are acting so legally so I am afraid that I will lose on next occasion. Any professional help in this forum will be so appreciated.

I have attached all the documents from them. I have filled my defence will upload it here as well below when finished, I have a skeleton for defence but I am not sure if it is right.

link to documents, please: https://goo.gl/H7v6uZ

Any help welcome with defence or what to change before sending it to court.

I take it you mean Gladstones are using legalese language to bamboozle you?

That's not the same thing as 'acting legally'!!
Any professional help in this forum will be so appreciated.
You will get opinion and advice from people who do this ALL The time, including some who are legally trained (we even have two solicitor posters who help fight the PPC scam) but no-one will give you 'professional advice' on a forum.

It's opinion and help. And it works.

As for Gladstones' typical drivel, their efforts are not so clever as you think, and not good evidence for a claim.

    QUESTIONS FOR YOU:

    1. Weird, isn't the photo page showing the car parked nose in facing a wall, yet the bottom
picture shows the windscreen with the car's back end against a wall?

    2. Is this at your own place of residence or were you an authorised visitor?

    3. No permit at all, or had the permit slipped?

    4. Did PCM pounce within minutes? How many minutes between photos?

    5. Have you had the CCJ set aside at an initial hearing already? Yes - or not yet?

    1. I haven't seen that pictures they should be taken at different times. I will check tomorrow.
    2. It was in the industrial state at Karting grid car park outside.
    3. Driver had no permit on a vehicle.
    4.Within minutes, no waiting time.
    5. CCJ was in default first and I set it aside at an initial hearing.

Clowni, why are you going around posting irrelevant stuff on other threads?

Upping your post count for some reason?

    I thought that as well.

Very odd from a forum newbie.

Because until you have proved yourself, your integrity is in doubt.

For all anyone knows, you could be a spammer.

Btw, your full car registration number is visible in those photos and other documents for all the world to see. PCN number too.

    You are mistaken.

It is - in full. Twice on the sixth image.

Everything you post on this thread can be related to a unique vehicle.

And when you post your Defence on here, as apparently you are planning to do, the whole world will be able to relate your Defence and everything you say in it to that vehicle.

The private parking companies trawl forums like this just waiting for people to trip themselves up and you appear to be heading in that direction.

I have now edited my documents and they are not visible to any member of a private parking company.
