How to contact Hermes complaints?

I've been using Hermes for my ebay sales for a while with only a couple of minor issues. Now I've had 2 parcels marked as delivered but not, within the space of a week.

The first one did turn up the next day, I suspect the driver just marked it as delivered because he ran out of time and had to meet a target.

The second one is still missing. Hermes live chat told me it had been delivered to a different address, the buyer wouldn't go to check. Then the buyer told me she had seen the driver the next day and he told her he had left the parcel in her garden, but it's not there now :mad:

Hermes live chat are useless. I've contacted them about 3 times via Facebook messages and they haven't even bothered to respond. I've phoned them but it's just a recorded message which directs you back to the website.

I've logged a complaint via Resolver, which seems to be linked to this site but I've never heard of it before. They haven't responded to that either (except the auto acknowledgement).

Is there a way to contact a real person at Hermes?
