    Actually they can do. they ask if you want to use the "tell me once" service.
    Did this for mother and while we sat there they informed:

    Blue Badge, DWP, NHS Pensions, Local Authority - saved a huge amount of chasing people

    And the DVLA and passport office - great service!

    How brill is that, I forgot loads of these when dealing with my mum

    Ours even asked if he had a library card - they would have contacted them as well.
