    Thank you, maybe bubbs thinks i typed the bottom bit I didnt i copied and pasted from a Google search and it happened to mention diabetes which I didn't know so I too have learned something new today x

    Bubbs, I hope you are very proud of your achievements. I'm very impressed. I didn't buy whoopsied cauli rice the other day as I didn't fancy it, but I may well try it after this. Thank you.

    Even though I use some SmartPrice stuff myself, I can't bring myself to give it to Foodbank, so I've started getting the 39p soups that don't compare to anywhere plus the spaghetti and beans as fillers (but not the hoops which don't compare favourably).
