I got the hump after getting their email about closing down even though I've only got £1.80 in my account, I earned that £1.80. I replied to their email about it and they're going to top me up to £5 so that I can withdraw. :T So get emailing people.

I have similar amount to you on my account. Only problem is I can't log in - does not recognise the email & password combination. I received a password re-set link but still no joy.
I have now emailed them to see if anything can be done but I am not very hopeful of success. I have not received any emails from them for some time so looks as though they may have already deleted my account.

That link worked when I clicked on it just now but I wouldn't bother as they are closing in March.

I haven't had an email with regards to them closing so don't know who to contact. Could you share the email address you used?

Yes, that was the one I had success with. They offered to top up my account to £5 yesterday, they topped up my account, I cashed out my final £5 and they sent me the Amazon code, all yesterday. Given that they're closing, I was pretty impressed with the service.

Looks like they're not giving everyone the amount needed to cash out. :(
