Tonight i am roasting a chicken, i also purchased some wonky rhubarb so may compote? I feel organised for this week, although the beeping birds :mad: woke me at half 4 and i couldn’t get properly back to sleep just dozing. Feeling it now! :sleep:0

I've got some veggie (possibly vegan, can't remember now ) canneloni filling which I found in the freezer and I'm going to cook a tiny bit of chicken to put in my OH's cannelonis, with a bit of chopped YL ham, and I'm going to make a big salad to go with it and reheat some roast new potatoes I also found in the freezer
Not sure what sauce I'll cook the canneloni in yet though!0 -

I made a quorn cottage pie, also threw in a tin of lentils. Made five big portions. Husband had a meat version from the freezer with leftover veg from Sunday.0

Tonight, is roast chicken, baked potato, broccoli, turnip, Yorkshire pudding and lashings of gravy, cant wait, il be having some of my rhubarb with yoghurt. I will also put a plate up ready for after spin tomorrow night so im organised and on Friday il be doing some more ratatouille to tide me over the weekend tuna sarnie for lunch0
