Thank you for the reassurance Coupon-Mad.
I posted up regarding whether the MyParkingCharge portal was a genuine and proper way to submit my appeal and wanted to get that bit correct, regarding appealing with the valid ticket.

Confused myself now as the the appeal rejection letter which came back via email.
Letter head is dated 29th June 2017. (I submitted my appeal on the 22nd June 2017).
However underneath the RE: section it states:
Site: St Cuthberts Way Car Park
Issue date: 01/06/2017 This date is incorrect, as the date of issue on the windscreen was the 26th May 2017

Not moved house, V5 is at the correct address since the vehicle was purchased.

I think they will say that's the date of their NTK you never got.

Thanks for replying, if that becomes the case where does that leave me with regards to my response/defence?

You never got it. Youve documented that.
There is only a PRESUMPTION of service - even if they can prove it was sent by post, which is unlikely - which can be rebutted. Saying you didnt receive it as a formal witness statement to that effect is evidence and rebuts the presumption.

Thank you - nosferatu1001 - following my email to the appeals email address. How long would I expect a reply to take? I presume I'm OK to sit and wait now?

Youre not expecting an appeal to be accepted I hope..that hardly every happens! Expect it to be rejected, and keep reading het newbie thread for the advice.

    UPDATE

No response from my email reply regarding no NTK to Excel Appeals email address.

However a letter from ZZPS has arrived titled "Debt Collection Notice - £160 Debt Unpaid".

I will upload the photos of the letter tomorrow when I return home from work.

    How shall I proceed please?
