    I really can't get excited about a 0.25% increase. 1.00% might have made some sense.

    Yorkshire BS announced they will increase Savings rates.

    Hope they increase the rates of our N&P eFamily/Family regular savers.

    Been stuck at around 3.25% for 8/9 years.

    Extremely unlikely. Rates that high are not linked to the base rate as per my previous post. Did they drop 0.25% last year?

    Presumably NS&I rates might be going up at some point.

    0.10% I think.

    On the YBS website it says

    "The Society is pleased to announce that we will be adding the full Bank Rate increase of 0.25% to all our variable rate accounts"

    Hope it includes their N&P accounts.

    Edit: It says the same on their N&P website. :)

    Is the regular saver a variable rate account? Mine certainly isn't as the rate is fixed for the duration of the account.
