I have been looking to see if there is an email or notification which can be switched on for when my NowTV broadband (& calls) bill is produced, but couldn't find anything. All the bills are listed under 'my account' and just appear so I've got to look for them as and when.

Also, I couldn't find out if call return (1471 - 3) is charged for? For most other providers there's a small fee but the NowTV billing .pdf is silent on it.
