    There's absolutely no political will in England to drop this charge, all the parties describe it as a tax on sickness in opposition, then increase the charge when in power.

    I doubt whether most MPs could tell you which conditions exempt you from paying.

    Westminster sets a grant for devolved regions, it’s up to devolved regions how to use it, the blame for not finding money in england is solely on the DoH and the treasury.

    Want free prescriptions? Well, what do you want to give up to pay for it?
