Clear loan with money transfer

Please can I seek some advice?
I have an M&S loan that has 48 months to run with £191 repayment per month at 6.5% pa. I have been given a credit limit increase on my credit card and an offer of a money transfer rate of 3.9% pa for 36 months which I think I should do to pay off the debt in 36 months instead of 48 months and save a fair bit of interest.
My question is - what's the best way to pay off the loan? Do I ring them for a settlement figure and pay it in full? Do I ring them and pay a lump sum towards it and let them take the rest by DD to avoid early settlement charges? I can't find my original loan paperwork so I don't know what the early settlement is (if anything).
Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance!

Would there not be a copy of the terms in your email account, or just ring and ask, maybe the chat option works.
