    is it possible that you hit the deactivate account link when editing your profile or trying to upload a photo to complete Swago? It would be relatively easy to do.

    Of the 20 spins I got from claiming my swago board I received 19 lots of swagstakes entries.Not a happy bunny right now.

    I now have just one unfilled square remaining- the dreaded "upload profile picture" - has anyone overcome this hurdle yet and if so how ?


    I can change the picture ok but has no affect on getting the square filled.......

    No joy here either and despite sending a support ticket in. Their response did not help me.
