If you want to know where your water meter is phone the water company and ask. They should be able to tell you.

I made sure there was no catch-up bull when I moved in.

There are no internal leaks. An external leak started over a week ago (I'm working on it) but 'm talking about bills spanning two years back now.

If you've not found your meter how do you know there has been no catch up and how can you know there is no internal leak?
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
  • If you ask your water company, they should send someone out to read your meter for you. I had to do this as I couldn't get to mine. Just ask them. Also they will do a test. They will turn your water off and check that the meter isn't running. Just ask them and they will send someone out.
    Hope this helps?
