BT final bill in credit

We’ve recently moved from BT to Virgin Media. BT sent us a final bill which states we are £537 in credit. The bill makes no sense at all to us.

The money has dropped into our account today. Basically do we query it or keep quiet?

    As either they take it back in the next few days or they come for it later.
