If two people with disabilities who both get high rate mobility go on holiday together for 1 week- supporting each other, with support plans from supported living company and always someone on hand in case of emergencies would that be okay if your both claiming high rate mobility, for none mobility issues?

If you are comfortable with the the arrangements you have made then receiving Pip would make no difference.
You don't need to tell them you are planning on having a holiday
