An elderly couple I know got accepted for a bungalow mainly because the husband was really sick and on end of life.. they took the bungalow but haven’t signed for it yet.. but the husband has died recently before they signed for it..
Can the wife now without husband still take and sign for the bungalow even if they was only fast-tracked to top of the council list because husband was on end of life care?
Thanks
