    Many but oddly the one that first came to mind was Jeremy Corbyn. He is probably very principled but always seems very dour and seems to revel being involved with bad situations. Maybe in private, he is completely different.
    (This is about his personality and not political).

    Ahhh I love comedy and have a great sense of humour, but these I just do not find funny in the slightest

    Can't say I find any of the modern comedians funny.

    Not that I really watch many of them.

    I prefer the older dirtier ones.

    Not that you ever saw their blue acts on telly anyway. You'd have to make a special effort in a club or by VHS/DVD.

    They come on, I hear a joke or two, and go to another channel.

    I don't mind Alan Carr so much. Saw him during one of those 'Stand Up To Cancer' comedy concerts, and he did a ten minute turn. He was alright, but 10 minutes was enough.
