Thought it would be worth flagging up as a separate standalone post - I expect many sun seekers who head to Spain are unaware.

My only comment is it should only be used it for significant grievances - unfortunately, going by TripAdvisor reviews, a few punters complain about the most trivial of things.

Also, if you are on a package deal, ensure the reps are aware.
