Wow! I thought we did well a couple of months ago when about 12 of us went to G@la (all on a brilliant Groupon deal as we were all newbies) and someone won £15 early on - and then my friend whom I was sat next to won £500! - she paid for the wine when we went on to a restaurant :D

Well done on your night out - good result! :)

You're not kidding DFoD - It's only taken 8½ years to get here!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Then I think I'm only £8K away from having a LTV that I can actually use!

T:mad:

That's great about the LTV, really does help to get better deals. £7s is great too, its going to be a while for me but I'm excited for the 4s.

Just had to spend £2.15 in the corner shop on milk and potatoes. All my milk went off over the weekend because I'd bought 4pints last time with a whoops sticker on. Got it for 50p and probably throwing about a quarter away. Potatoes - well I'd just run out!!

I'm really chuffed that I've managed to feed myself in August for only £86.48 thanks to operation freezer munch and operation cupboard munch.:)

It's UW meter reading day today so will have to update my spreadsheet. I'm in credit with the electric but still owe on the gas. It'll be better after today though.

WORK NEWS
Still working through my month end - it absolutely has to be complete by 4pm as I'm doing a group visit tonight. I wonder how many people will come with it being a bank holiday?
Then back home to prep for both my groups tomorrow.
I still need to find group cover for my holidays too. Getting urgent now.
Also, I must post my expenses claim form. There's £326 sitting on that!

Have a good BH all!!

• Goodnight August, you've been a good YNABbing month for me.

A warm welcome to September, month of two weeks holiday and a whole load of new SW members to welcome to group.

September will start for me at 04:30 as I've loads to do. Trying a different approach - maybe being a lark is more productive than being an owl.

Off to the land of nod, it being 21:30

See you in September.

Morning DFoD,

I think I'm definitely a lark - got loads done this morning and feeling bright and bushy-tailed which is strange for 07:03
I'll let you know though....Tuesdays are SW group day and I'll not get home tonight until 23:00 but I should get a lie in tomorrow. Although I might go for an early start again. I could get used to it!!

Right, need to get skates on. Group starts at 09:30 and I need to set the room up and buy 3 raffle prizes from the green grocers yet.

Laters peeps! :rotfl:
