After a week of mindless eating I am finding it hard to regain any motivation. It happens sometimes that I get so sick of monitoring every morsel that goes into my mouth that I break out and indulge in all sorts of things I shouldn't let anywhere near me.
It probably wouldn't seem awful to anyone else but it's a disaster for me. I think I will ease up for a few days and just concentrate on limiting the damage.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Sorry to hear that TT, hugs to you both.
We had a little bonfire party last night and I had one sausage and onion in a roll, some crisps and some banoffee pie. I woke up in the night choking - I'd had acid reflux in my sleep and breathed it into my lungs, it burnt horribly! It reminds me how important it is to lose weight, so I'm going to make a bigger effort from today onwards.
STS for me knitwitch please.0 -

I have STS this week. Not unexpected - it was the House Troll's birthday yesterday so we had cake and pizza. There's still some pizza left so I expect that will be one of today's meals......back to it tomorrow.0
