  • I have had 7 NSD’s this week which means I get to pot my whole £20! I do need a few things this weekend, so next weekend won’t be so good but I’m doing really well. I wonder if I’m on target for my goal. It’s so tempting to break in and count!

Like others, I had a massive panic when I couldn't find the thread on my subscribed list. Duly subscribed again.

40p potted in celebration of this sparkly new thread! DH is disappointing in not leaving cash lying on his bedside table. I obviously haven't trained him well enough - only 11 years of marriage...

Thanks so much SPC members, though to be fair I only set the wheels on motion by letting MSE Towers and then Fermi know that SPC 11 was no longer there!!
The first I knew for sure was when 32b3 PM’d me to ask where we’d gone! I’d had problems when trying to view the thread from my mobile, but thought there was a hiccup.
Still, all’s well now but thank goodness they were able to retrieve those first 3 posts!!!! :T I could have rewritten another 1st post but I had no backup for the member posts, but then who’d think of doing so!!! :(

To all members who aren’t well or who are low right now, here are some get well {{{{hugs}}}} hoping you will soon be feeling much better. :grinheart

    Anyway, we’re off again! :j

Excellent potting Emily!!! That’s one fantastic amount you’ve banked already!!!!

I’m sure all other members will find us alright, 3forholidays; no doubt they’ll just have a look on the DGW challenges main board list and come across us.

Don’t complain about having only notes in your pot, swimminginaseaofdebt, you’re so fortunate!!! :jI understand what you mean about not hearing the rattle and clunk as it is wonderful but you’ve something some members would love to have!!!! :D

Oooooh I sincerely hope it doesn’t all happen again, Florence! What a thought!!!! :(

Another £2 safely saved for Christmas, Whatshername, very satisfying too!!!! :D

Hi Sue! Me again...fell into a big black hole last year...may I join afresh please? Many thanks. :)

A very warm welcome home, cdm!!! You have a new number I’m afraid as I thought you’d gone! Your new No is 10.

You sound a lot like jakes-mum with the £2s, dustydigger, you’d do anything to snatch £2ers up!!!!! :rotfl:Well done!! Don’t worry about other SPC members, I’m sure they’ll soon find us; they only need to go onto the DFW Challenges Index and they’ll soon get to us.

It’s amazing how quickly we were gone eh, Saver-upper!! Be careful about saying the reason why we shot off into oblivion though or we might get some other silly [STRIKE]!!!!!![/STRIKE] person doing it on this or other threads for the sheer he!l of it!!!!

I know what you mean about subscribing to the thread, mummytummy, which is fine IF it’s here, but the former SPC 11 actually WENT!!!!! As you’ll see, we’re only on page 2 instead of Page 32!!!!!

Good for your hubby LizzieWb!!! :TWith the 2 of you potting the surprise will be all the better in November!!!! :j

DancingUnicorn - behave yourself!!!! That’s the sort of remark we get from jakes-mum towards Declaration day..... NOT from anyone in JANUARY???!!!!! Well done with your potting but now control yourself!!!!! ;)

Let’s hope your words come to fruition, Owen!!!! It’s happened a lot with other members including myself so keep hard at it!!!!

I’ll PM you to let you know what happened to the former SPC 11, Westie, I see you're a BG, but darent say on here or it might happen again!!

Yes, panic is the right description for the feeling it gave us, Vicky!!! Hopefully it won’t happen again! Try 46 years of marriage, hubby’s get the jist of it all by then!!! :rotfl:

Enjoy a peaceful Sunday, folks. Keep potting!!! :D

    Sue xx

Writing a post so I can find you again .
I was just about to go to bed (at nearly 2.30am !!),when I thought I would wander over and see what was going on in SPC land, only to find there were no SPC posts in my history :eek::eek::eek:.Kept scrolling back, thinking "No,I only posted a day or 2 ago."Suddenly I was reading my history back to Christmas, then I thought I must have been banned from the thread for too much non-potting chat :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:.
Sue,I saw your thread asking the powers that be where our thread went. How on earth could enough people mark this thread as spam that it gets pulled????
Now I've got to go and pot some money before going to bed :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
If anyone scrolls n an iPad or phone I know I've accidentally hit the spam button a few time but I honk you can press again to cancel it?

Hi Monitino and welcome to SPC!
Sue, our leader, will allocate you a number ASAP!
We are a friendly bunch, so don’t be shy!
If you’ve not already done so, have a read of the first post as it explains how the SPC works!
It’s fairly straightforward......get a pot, put money in it, wait till 1st November, then open your pot and count your money!!
