TSB app update

I have just updated the TSB app after being prompted. Just tried to log in but despite repeated attempts have not received an authentication code, although it says it has been sent. Hence I now cannot access my account by the app but have checked I can through online banking. Have tried to telephone to find a resolution but after 20 minutes waiting gave up. I don’t know if others are having this particular problem. I know it’s just an inconvenience compared to the problems some customers have had but the TSB fiasco seems never ending

Likewise many other people undoubtably have. Putting the system under considerable strain. Wait until it's a little quieter.0 -
Yep...I have tried to login to internet banking twice with any success. Another complaint sent to TSB.
Should mean even more wonga.0 -
