Sainsbur points and Nectar new app

Hope this is in the correct forum.

The old Nectar app on my phone has been replaced by the new one without me doing anything. I have tried to download a copy of the old one without success.

On the new one I cannot see where the digital wallet is. It was accessible on the old one. As I collect Nectar points from Sainsbury I would trade these for coffee vouchers at Caffe Nero which I would redeem by scanning the electronic code from the voucher stored in the digital wallet. On the new app I do not see how to do this.

I was given a new Nectar helpline to call for advice. I did so but the CS agent did not think there was such a feature on the new app. When I asked how I could redeem my vouchers he did not seem to know.

Can anyone help, please?
