That was for fibre broadband only, no phone or TV. I have been with them for 5 years.

The £21.25 contract is for 12 months; but the discount (£14) runs for 18 months.

I phoned their call centre, and spoke to someone in India. They then put me on hold for 25 minutes, and I got though to a chap in Sheffield. I didn't moan or complain, and just was very friendly. The offer he gave me was so good, I could even haggle!
