Lol lots of accusations flying about! I paid it at the PO, cost me £3.05.

So you are quite happy yop waste money paying at the PO rather than putting money in a bank account?

You wonder why you get accusations?

I avoid cash machines chargin a quid.

    1. Stupid.
    2. Avoiding tax.

    Pick one.

Why is it a problem to pay cash into a bank?

If you read the OP's other messages about HMRC and the DWP having access to bank details you may draw your own conclusion.

I have bills I would like to pay with good old cash so I don't have to pay the cash into the bank. My credit card co sends paper bills with giros attached to make payments at the PO or your bank, but the PO tell me they don't allow them to be used anymore and I don't have a branch of my bank locally. Any ideas?

This seems like another thread about nothing.

Post Office told OP he couldn't pay bill at Post Office, so OP paid bill at, erm, Post Office. :rotfl:
