Who for non-standard kitchen?

We've bought a our first gaff and it came with the most ridiculously laid out Wren kitchen (in fairness we dont know who did the design and the units do look good for their age) and so its our first priority to replace it.

The Mrs has done a design with a company which is based on a concrete type effect for the floor and tall units, a matt white for the few wall units and a hardwood worksurface which is repeated in open shelving etc.

She wants a number of design features like the tall units being ceiling to floor to go around our fridge/freezer and house ovens etc, a peninsula with cutdown depth units so they are back to back but not double depth.

Any recommendations of who to look at who would give a good price and good quality (we're east London based) for a price check? We did look at one of the usual suspects who were only a bit cheaper but couldnt get close to the design because of having to use standard height/depth units (so rather than back to back on the peninsula they suggested having the backing display units up at wall unit height on a pole).

We're wanting to achieve a fairly high finish so not looking for the bargain corner but obv dont want to be ripped off.

Thanks

I would be cautious of fitting cupboards too closely around your fridge/freezer. There's a good chance when your current one packs up you won't find another of exactly the same size.

Most kitchen ranges have what are called "slim line" units - These are often just standard wall units fitted with a different back panel and legs.

I needed a slim line base unit to next to a washing machine so that I had somewhere to lose the plumbing & electrics. A wall unit (from B&Q) fitted with legs does the job perfectly. Should I have the desire to fit a drawer, shallow depth boxes are readily available.

DIY do 300 and 460 depth base units and a huge range of peninsula units with door on both sides. The drawback being they don't do a concrete effect door - but most ranges have a bespoke painted option.
"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.

It is a bit of a risk but there are a lot of manufactures that seem to make standalone fridge and freezers in a ~600x600x1850 format... a couple of mm difference but there will be more than that in clearance for ventilation.

Our biggest risk is probably one or the other failing and them no longer making the design so being forced to replace both
