In W earlier the Wi-fi login said Welcome back John, which it has done for ages ... but that is not my name .

Thanks. Just it looked like nothing was on the dipstick, but I will check again tomorrow.
It’s a petrol qashqai, I looked up the oil and need 5w40 and see B&M sell it.
The car seems to be running fine just this gravelly sound like I said, usually first thing until the car warms up.

the B&M oil would be better than nothing :) altho cooking oil would be better than nothing!

the gravelly sound could be anything but yeah could be the oil if only on start up and the oil hasn't circulated …

if it is below the dipstick you need to top asap!

Biscuits, I'm not a big fan so this is tricky

    1. Chocolate digestive

    2 chocolate fingers

3 chocolate hobnob (actually this might be number 1)

Not too bothered with any others although I love coconut macaroons if they count xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.
  • I've just got the brioche rolls out of the oven, they smell wonderful!

Possibly a silly question - was the car parked on a slope, and did you allow time for the oil to settle before you measured it (I don't drive but have just heard these can affect the level.)

Sorry tweets but I don't like your away kit.
It looks like it's been in the wash with your home kit. :rotfl:
