    Yes that’s the website.
We should all contact Trading Standards on Monday.

Edit - I am going to see if I get anywhere with an online contact, as I refuse to pay excessive phone costs.

Second edit - slogged through online form which will not submit.

SAME HERE - I'd used ABUp a few times with no problems. I ordered superfacialist box advertised just before Xmas 2018, for delivery mid-Jan, As I'd used them before, this didn't rung alarm bells.

However, of course, I never received the box - I've now sent c, 8 emails, inc via LinkedIn and FB, and have located the home address of the named Companies House sole proprietor, Karen Louise Davies. Nowhere is there a tel no, of course!. ( I haven't got the pay part of 192, but I think a number may be posted there.) I'm especially angry as £35 is a lot to me, and she's clearly 'done a runner' of some kind. Whether our goods are in Bury Lodge, Bury nr Pulborough, who knows! The fact her other business is coaching women over 50 on confidence etc. is making me fume!

I did eventually send the online form to Trading Standard. Waiting for a reply.
I begin to suspect that the stalling techniques were designed to push us beyond the 120 day limit for a charge back. I was right on the limit when I spoke to my card issuer, who will send a paper form but without much enthusiasm or optimism.

All Boxed Up are still offering a £24.99 set.
  • Have submitted a complaint to trading standards in West Sussex. Would be helpful if others did same.

Unfortunately I am in the same position as everyone here too. I ordered my Box on the 10th October 2018 for a Christmas present and like everyone else have been fobbed off and now my emails are not answered. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund and was advised my claim had to have been made within 120 days (which was up on the 10th February!).

Presumably you paid by credit card but the value was under £100 so the Section 75 refund didn't apply. The bank would have used the alternative Chargeback but you missed the 120 day deadline. Might be suitable for some of the others here though.

Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.
