Hi All
I had a CCJ against me for a student loan which i stupidly did not deal with. When i received the CCJ, it gave me 30 days to pay off the debt which I did. On my credit report it states satisfied, am i able to have the CCJ completely removed from my credit score....like it never existed?
If so how please?
Many thanks
Ann

Hi,
Did you pay the judgement within 30 days of it been registered ?

Thanks for the reply. I paid on the 28th day as that was when I had the money, on my credit file it shows as being satisfied. The debt firm by phone confirmed it would not show as they received the payment in time. Not sure how I can have it removed ..if I can?0

You need to chase up the creditor, don’t assume they will be in a hurry to remove it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
