    No drinking here. I'm out tonight at my dance class. When I started cutting down, I went to a Monday evening group. It proved an excellent distraction to get the AF week off to a good start. Other than the obvious exercise benefit, it was much easier than sitting at home watching TV programmes that tempted me watching people drinking. I've also learned to come in and put the kettle on straight away whereas I used to be inclined to pour a glass and start playing catch up.:)

    That's really interesting, FatRab. I worked in pubs for years but very rarely drank. (It was drinking at home every night that did for me after I met OH.)

    There's just something about booze and junk food that goes together so well, Doing It. I'm a bit partial to crisps myself so I don't buy them, but OH can open a packet, have a few, clip it closed and come back to it the next day. I've got to finish it, and if it's a small packet, have another one. Greed, pure and simple!

    I'm going to call in early for tonight as well as last night - 5/15 please

    Been pretty stressed and probably had too much to drink Fri/Sat/Sun but at least I was back on it yesterday and tonight. Really want to make target this month
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!
