McDonald's sign photo

Hi, I'm currently getting together my popla appeal against MET parking services for the driver overstaying by 89 minutes at a McDonald's car park.
I have been to the sight to look at the signage (as I was not the driver) and have taken pictures.
I'm not sure if the signs comply with standards or not. Is it worth submitting pictures to poplar anyway or may I be shooting myself in the foot?
Would it be detrimental for me to post it here for people to see?
I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Post the pics of the signs here. You will need to upload them to a web hosting site such as postimg, tinypic, or similar, then paste the URL here, but change http to hxxp.
Someone here will change it back to a live link for you.

You should challenge the signage anyway using the long template appeal point from post 3 of the NEWBIES, along with all other template points that are relevant.
It is up to the scammers to prove their signs are adequate, not the other way round. However, if you can show that the signs aren't up to standard then you should include them in your appeal.

Post your draft here for checking before you submit it.

Don't forget to complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

You should edit out the children and then repost.

    Yes it works.

Not sure we, or the rest of the world, need to see the egg and spoon race though. :D

I would not supply those photos, the £100 & the '90 mins' is in large lettering.

What did the McDonalds Manager say, when you went & asked him/her to cancel it?

Thanks, I was thinking the same.
The manager was"too busy" to talk to me so I have phoned customer services twice to try and make a complaint but they still haven't got back to me so today I have emailed the CEO of McDonald's to see if I have any luck that way.

Try again at the local one, BEFORE trying POPLA.

But given the signs are many feet up a pole, how are you supposed to read the detailed wording describing the circumstances where the driver might be liable? There is a case for saying that it was not possible to read the detail due to the height of the signs and the size of the lettering.
