  • Been advised by TNS that I will be back on the main survey. Trouble is they have contradicted themselves; one em said I wouldn't go back on training and the other said that I would.

Oh well I will wait and see.
  • Awesome! thank you for this!
  • I finished my training a couple of months ago and then got an e.mail to say they were over subscribed in my area. About three weeks later I got taken on to the permanent panel and given a set of Shakespeare stamps.

I'm now doing correctly delivered for the first time (after doing unaddressed more than 20 times) and two things have struck me...

Every day I have to tell them how many items were left on the doorstep. That's happened once or twice in the nearly 20 years I've lived here. So why do they think it's likely to happen in this two week period?

I haven't had any mis-delivered items yet. But I have had two items that were delivered to the correct address (and correct postcode) but not for me. One was for the family I bought the house from in 1997 and one was for a name I didn't recognise at all. Though as far as RM are concerned they have been correctly delivered - it's the sender who has made a mistake (British Gas and HMRC respectively). So that can't be recorded as anything.

Still - the vouchers are useful. I spent £51 of TNS supplied vouchers at the weekend...House of Fraser had 70% off on bed linen. We got some 500 thread count sheets and pillow cases - list price £169 - cash cost to me - nil. Real MSE double win...

  • Just been invited back to the main survey after an 18 month wait. Have done the unaddressed survey 3-4 times inbetween. Start in September - looking forward to all those stamps again! Will have to resubscribe to the forum as Im sure things have changed alot!
  • I despair. TNS will send you tape, people.

  • Unusually, I've nothing to post next week. Perhaps that's my 6 months coming to an end?

I could be wrong but I'd hazard a guess that this was from a business panel member ........

.... if I've got the scale correct for a cube, they look remarkably like the self-adhesive labels used in franking machines
