    Hi.A lot of us have allowed spends.It's up to you to choose what these are.It means that you can buy your pint of milk and,as long as you don't buy anything else (unless it0's also an allowed spend) you still can claim an nsd. :money:
    It could be milk,bread,a packet of paper tissues... up to you.

    Please though always state clearly what your total is,preferably in a large and colourful font.

    I'm really going to try and stay on top of this month's thread.
