    Everyday .... always.

Usually a salad box so I make 2/3 days in advance, usually some on a Sunday evening and possibly the rest of the week on the Wednesday evening. Quicker that way and the salads keep perfectly fine in the fridge and just grab one out each morning.

I don't want to sign up for the challenge as it's something I do already but I wanted just to help with the tip (above).

  • #10 1/18 had yogurt and fruit for breakfast and left over bolognaise for lunch. Tomorrow is Mexican bean casserole, already prepared in the fridge.

Still looking for ideas for my university days, at the moment it’s ham salad wholemeal rolls (very boring!)
