Email from PayPal help

Got this email.
Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in XXX to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments.

Does this mean I can still withdraw money from my paypal into my bank, but not out the bank and into paypal ?

Thanks

Make sure its not a scam. Lots of PayPal emails are. Don't click on any links in the email

Still don't click on any links. Go to your account directly and see if your card or bank account is missing from your account. If it is then try and re add it. Sometimes banks remove the link if there has been a refused payment.

btw, you can't always trust the from address in an email - it can be forged

That doesnt prove anything, it can be faked. On Windows you can float your mouse pointer over any website links to see where they really link to, which is often not where they claim. That is a quick way of safely checking whether a mail is genuine.

Thanks guys, i would never click on the link.

As my bank account is a savers account, it makes sense that money can go into the account but not out, right ?

Can be a bit tricky but the main way is to ignore the email and log into your account to check for issues. Try reading up here
