If you contact us directly we can look into your referral to us, although we won’t be able to explain about the award or not of ESA, you would need to contact the DWP to discuss that.
As I have a tribunal coming up I will wait until after that to seek this information from you however it could be very useful for next time.
Can I ask when you will be answering my question originally posted at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58600685&postcount=148 and then at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58804139&postcount=372, http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58957771&postcount=634 and finally at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=59057755&postcount=794?0 -

It might be better to post your enquiry as a new thread on the Benefits Board, then it won't get lost in amongst this one.
AFAIK you could apply for Employment Support Allowance (ESA).(AKA HRH_MUngo)

damo24 . I doubt you'll get an answer now, you posted your question on the 14th January, ATOS have had more than enough time to reply.
In her OP Andrea said,
" Many people have demanded answers on this forum – this should help them get them
Before we allowed this to happen we asked and received assurances that during this (initial trial) period they would provide sufficient resources to answer people’s questions."
.
I wonder how long this trial is? I hope that MSE are noting that some questions are being ignored and that the rep(s) are hardly ever Online . They've managed to answer a grand total of one question so far today .Never tell .0 -
Cabinet office update - today - 5th Feb - £65 million for free advice services to help the vulnerable
- I don't need a Microsoft Windows Abacus to calculate that 25% of £65 million is not .... er ... £65 million, the amount that's allowed to be spent on the delivery [the vital frontline advice services giving] of advice is in fact 25% of £65 million, and then only if it's not currently funded from another source.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem.
