    Is this the SA, POFA/IPC breaches and schedule costs etc? or just the SA? Didnt know that!

    ALL - CASE DISMISSED BUT THE JUDGE STRAIGHT AWAY AS IN BREACH OF CPR 16.4. STRUCK THE CLAIM OUT IN 5MINS.

    ALL - a BIG THANKS for all your help. Wouldn't have been able to get anywhere on my own, all this was down to yourselves (AND BMPA at the outset). And an APOLOGY for anything ive said/done wrong - i know i have unintentionally.
