Leisure Guard - Offices Unexpectedly Closed

Hi, I bought a car hire excess policy from Leisure Guard for an upcoming trip. I have just gone to print it and spotted I have spelt my name wrong.

I have tried to call them and there is an answer machine message advising the offices are unexpectedly closed. I get cut off after the message.

Does anyone have any knowledge of why the offices are closed please.
