Last Bus

If there is no room on the last bus, and you have a return pass or ticket, what responsibility has the bus company to get you home?

Where is said bus? London?? Elsewhere??

Edit: just realised it can't London as they don't do return tickets. Still roughly where is said bus?

    X10 Cardiff to Swansea

Last bus tomorrow is 1835. It's a Swansea company service to and from Cardiff, and is over 45 miles - so not trivial to miss or lose this connection.

Will they not limit ticket sales as to not over book? Or is it a service you can hop on/off and pay as you get on?

    Ring them, theyll tell you.

Entirely useless! Sensible suggestion and it should work - but these muppets just direct you back to the website if you call.

In Wales, an entire army of over 60s could turn up with their free passes unexpectedly.

Cardiff will be very busy tomorrow, as thousands of Welsh people turn up to see their team soundly beaten for the second time in a week. Crowds of grumpy older Welsh people will return home early to drown their sorrows rather than witness triumphant English fans crowding out the pubs.
