Default No Longer Appearing on any CRA file 8th Mar 18 at 8:58 PM
    Hi

Late in 2011 I defaulted on a bank loan, with in excess of 18k owed. I haven't paid anything towards the debt since that date but no CCJ has ever shown up (on Noddle, Clearscore, MSE credit club, Giffgaff, Totally Money), yet the defaulted account disappeard from all of the above in Jan 2018. I have also paid to run an enquiry on TrustOnline and there is no CCJ against my name. Is this debt now statute barred and unenforceable?

I understand some people will take issue with the ethics of the above, but there were genuine reasons that left me in a real financial mess for a while.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Yes, it is now statute barred, based on what you've said.
