What an utter shame BHS couldn't be saved from liquidation.

Not only are the stores' 11,000 workers now facing finding employment elsewhere it has a wider impact on people who supply the company itself.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

I went in yesterday but only had 10% and 20% off some items, and lots of small sizes or large sizes left in clothing, came out with nothing.

Went in there yesterday , prices have barely shifted, I can see them getting reduced pretty soon if no-one is buying at current prices, a lot was over priced in the first place

The Preston branch of BHS is set to close within the week.

The fashion, furniture and homeware store is currently in the middle of its 50% off closing-down sale ahead of its closure on Saturday July 23. The Fishergate branch will be one of the first to shut.
The chain began its gradual disappearance from the high street last month after administrators failed to find a buyer. Administrator Duff & Phelps said that 8,000 permanent jobs are likely to be lost and another 3,000 not directly employed by BHS are also at risk.

A key Hartlepool store is set to close its doors for the last time this weekend.

The British Home Stores (BHS) shop in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre has been announced as one of the first 20 stores in the fashion chain to close.
We are saddened to hear the administrators for BHS have announced they are closing 20 stores, which will impact around 600 staff

    Dave Gill
It will stop trading on Saturday, which comes just over a month after it was revealed BHS was to disappear from Britains high streets.
