    Why? The legal position is quite clear in the vast majority of cases. Pointless IMHO.

    The comical bit is where it states the CAA will no longer look into the individual cases as it does now. What a joke and what a half baked and thought out proposal. All it needs is a department with balls and teeth within the CAA to deal with flight delay claims and administer the laws of the land as they currently stand. Not rocket science and not another buck passing exercise from the CAA. Can anyone remind me what it is these people actually do?

    The idea, received a rather chilli reception the first time this was muted. Nothing has changed, the regular forum members in here, think it's a a waste of time it was back then and it still is now.

    Kevin Clark from Bott & Co, commented on Radio 4 today with reference to the CAA. 'I wouldn't recommend anybody take their complaint to the the CAA, the only language the airlines understand is legal action.'
