My RAC renewal came through today at a cost of 111.80.

This includes 1 Vehicle cover; Roadside & at Home and Vehicle Based.

I went to their website and typed in the same details and they're bringing up a price of 68 (assuming I was a new member).

They did the same thing last year but I left it too late to cancel.

    Beware !!

As others have said, change every year!

I always switch between AA and RAC every year for the basic package, costs 9 with cashback. They ask for 60 at renewal and I just ring and cancel.

Same with car insurance, for the past ten years I have just switched between arriva and direct line! I have never renewed any insurance!
