    I have a sky broadband connection, but it goes down every 10 to 15 minutes. The only way I can get it to start working again is to unplug the modem, and then reconnect it, I have already had to uninstall my firewall (Panda), and only have the windows firewall , but before that it wouldn't work at all.

    I've spent a fortune onto their help line, and as we have exhausted all the items on the support peoples scripts, they won't help me anymore!

    Has anyone got any ideas about what might be causing this?

    And to anyone thinking of changing to sky broadband - my advice is DON'T!!!
