    Interesting idea ... I'm not sure I'd have things like egg substitute, lemon extract, rum essence, etc. in my cupboard though. Perhaps I'm just totally unadventurous!

    Me too! I tend to follow the Keith Floyd method of cooking..............lots of schlurps while cooking anything ;D
