Thanks for trying! I am surprised someone out there does not know the recipe. Seems like they know the recipes for everything but this!

Never heard of these. Are they from a supermarket or restaurant chain?

You can buy them anywhere. They are not from any specific supermarket or restaurant. You can buy them in Tescos, Safeway, Morrisons .... Their website is www.bigals.ie

I dont know the recipe as Ive never heard of them till now but have you thought of a sachet of coat and cook?
Looking at the link you have I noticed a recipe for wraps using the chicken grills and Ive been doing the same here for years calling them "chicken twisters" - the kids love them. I used chicken breasts sliced and coated in coat and cook to give a spicy flavour

I've never heard of them either but can't you adapt what they do for the spicy chicken blt?
    • Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Brush chicken with mayonnaise mixture, then grill or bake as normal.

I must be showing my age if no one knows coat and cook

Its made by homepride and is basically flavoured breadcrumbs. Used to come in a lot of flavours but if appears only southern fried has survived. Its comes an a sachet rather like a powder sauce one and I find it in tescos on top of the freezers near the sauces
